around the world, like a post card from Hawaii with the addition of wet suits to match the cold Japan current of the California coast. I had pain for 20 years from dislocating my shoulders to surf in Florida in mmh, waves. Trying too hard in an unfamiliar exercise can leave on vulnerable to public tv aerobics to couple with a man's book about Canadien Air Force aerobics and ladies in Edmonton. Until finally yoga with Patricia Patrick released the freedom to lie peacefully on one's back with arms above one's head, though it's incomplete until a request for a way to support one's hands above in a CT scanner admits to unfinished business. Ahhhh! Rosarita Beach, is for Tailhook, not surfing.
