Someone once observed, you go to war with the army you have. Marvelous layering job. Though I operate mostly in PS, Gimp did give me my start and as your image so clearly demonstrates, it continues to be a magnificent piece of software.
Thank you. I still have lot to learn about Gimp but it is amazingly powerful software and good alternative. I'll keep on using it and learning what can be done with it and I guess what sets limits is one's creativity. I made other version more loyal to idea and sketch that I had about the character.
