Some kids you swear are just born evil and Tommy is one of them. Tommy was a terror even before he had powers. He was a selfish bully who took what ever he wanted from those smaller then him. Now that he is powerful it is much worse. As far as he is concerned now everyone is smaller then him and they all should give him what he wants. He has decided what he wants now is everything he can take by force and doesn't let things like murder get in his way. This has so far resulted in the deaths of two children in a playground near his house, the death of a police officer responding to the disturbance call and the death of Sally's parents who were simply home when she was not. This all happened within hours of his gaining powers. So far he has shown no signs of regret for his actions, except for the fact he is now on the lam. There is no doubt about it that Tommy is evil to the core and great power has merely insured he will never improve, now that few can stand in his way. If he is not stopped he will eventually mature into a cold blooded killer for hire. Tommy does not like is Villain name of Tantrum, and will try to kill any reporter using it. However he is unable to come up with a name on his own and so it has stuck. This means that Monica Symms is high on his list of people to kill, but she is always surrounded by too many people. As yet he does not truly understand that he is not simply strong he is also Invulnerable. God help us once he does.
