Description

This is one of two beavers eating their lunch--- this one is on the rock ! The other is on the shore line down the bank, he/ she has blended so well with the rocks that it is hard a good combination shot. Jim took a couple of pics. before they both dove back into the water. This is just down the bank out our backyard looking towards the water. What a awesome view looking out the kitchen window while we have a meal,stay warm and take pictures. LOL> Love to watch them drag branches to munch on, dive, swim and play tag. They must be mates, as they are always near each other, but don't always sit together to eat.. They have been visiting closer every morning and evening for the past two weeks. Usually they are on the other side of the river and to get a good picture is more difficult.
