Description
Throwing words like :"Fat boy" "Stupid" "Idiot" "Know-it-all" "ugly bitch" or they physically mob their victim, or these days they continue digitally to harrass the other kid.
Kids and teens can be super-mean when others don't fit into the group, status or their believes. Believes and self-images they pick up from their parents and tv/web.
And the victim? Mobbing hurts, burns down to the soul of the kid beeing mobbed. It changes their character and some never overcome it even as adults. Fear, hatred, shyness, psychological problems remain... - when no one talks to the victims and nothing happens to change the situation.
I know how it was and I know severals friends who had to endure it and still fight what remains.

...and sometimes those mean kids grow up and do the same at their workplace. Colleagues get mobbed just to put them self into a better light, they work up their positions by A***icking, with their elbows and a lot of lies. If they reach a higher position where they could be satisfied they turn into idiots capable of nothing but killing good teams and the work moral. But those are allways "seeking for a new challenge" and usually get the golden parachute, when time has come where they should clean up the mess they did...
