Hello Rendosians !
I wanted to share a picture of the Danube with you.
On this photography, you can see the region of Wachau in Austria. Wachau is famous for its agriculture and was added to the UNESCO World heritage in 2000 : they produce apricots and grapes that are used in liquors and wines.
Wachau also contains a famous benedictine monastery in Melk. The monastery has a baroque style and is still active with 30 monsks. Melk is also an instruction center with a private school !

Un monastère que je trouve admirable dans son architecture imposante, mais élégante, et sa situation géographique idéale pour dominer les environs; ta superbe photo met cette noble bâtisse à son avantage, et ça donne envie d'aller voir tout ça de plus près, avec cet été indien qui perdure par ici ! Le beau Danube bleu... Est-il si bleu d'ailleurs...? La dernière fois que je l'ai vu ce n'était pas le cas... Belle photo ! Qu'est-ce que c'est que cette grande bâtisse dans le fond ?
