Description
An ancient race of the Fae World, the Pyrida have been awakened by the gathering darkness. Powerful beings, they are not to be trifled with.
Just a little playing around with Jenny's amazing Pyrida and Firefly outfit for Gen 8. She's wonderful, Lil' Sis!

The background is a photo of some ominous looking clouds I took a couple years ago, and put through a lot of messing around in Photoshop. The lightning and moon are from one of Doarte's brush packages. Anyone know what became of him?
If anyone's wondering what's behind the dry spell in the T.N.A. story, I've taken a short hiatus. Not to worry, I'm not getting burned out on it - just the opposite, actually. I've been doing a ton of re-writing and development of some ideas I've had over the past few weeks. There will be some major developments and twists very soon. Stay tuned.
Hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend, and for those who don't celebrate it, a good weekend and a great week.

Awesome scene and I really love the special effects! Great job with your postwork here everything looks terrific!
you know, you talked about the work you're doing on the TNA series, the writing, plotting, etc...I hope people realize how much it takes to write and organize and plot out those chapters. And relate them to the ones before and the ones after. The writing can get lost in the viewer's eye, because of your consummate visuals; but I know what the writing takes. I understand why it takes time, rewrites, etc...when it reaches the final stage, your narratives flow as naturally as water, but I know it takes lots of work behind the scenes...
When this went up, I was surprised to see one of these women flying in lightning and storm clouds! She's formidable, yes. The light---that deep eerie neon blue from the lightning---is very effective and dramatic; and both her hands seem to be collecting the lightning (or creating it). As a closeup, we get to see her wings, and how formidable they are; and she doesn't look like you'd wanna stop and tell her some good one line jokes---she means business. A scary halloween-like image. And she fits into the photo seamlessly. I just wouldn't wanna be up there 'with her---I get the message: She's not to be trifled with! Expertly done, Rod.
