The government has this city block locked down, they're hoping that they can contain and cure the problem. The problem being a demonic virus has changed people into beast, the problem is that it can't be contained and it can't be cured. Sure, given enough time, maybe, but these things are part of what's breaking down the walls between our world and the world where things like this come from. Time isn't something we have. That's where the Wrath come in, we don't cure, we just eliminate. I came to this country years ago and worked as hired muscle for lots of very bad people, having my abilities, strength, speed and endurance, go along way when it comes to be a cartel enforcer.
