Lighting is the most difficult aspect of a render, whether it is Poser or DS. You nailed this one beautifully
there's talk here (and in the last piece I commented on) about daz vs poser: Unfortunately, I don't know either, but I can see that setting this up in Daz must take a lot of thought. What I do see is a cream-hued light, a patina on the woman's face that's like finely polished marble, and it makes her classic, maybe in homage to the painting your title brings to mind (by Vermeer). And it's all quiet and muted. Beautiful blue eye makeup w/ greenish undertones, and a subtle pink on her lips (a beautiful muted tone), with earrings that stand out for their yellowish almost orange gold, and a stately, introspective gaze. Your background suggests royalty, even though it's appropriately faded. Beautifully done.
