Another pic Our Daily Challenge 19-25 July : Shoes/Boots/Feet
Today I took the girls to have their toenails clipped by the vet. Rosie is quite good although I wouldn't say she enjoys it !
But poor Tiffany won't even let me cut the hair round her feet at present. Last year I had to pay to have them trimmed under anaesthetic, as even a little sedation didn't work The same again this year at some expense !
When I got her 18 months ago she had deformed toes because her nails were so long, so even the rescue place hadn't managed it.
We have them done next Tuesday.

Awe bless her I bet her feet were painful, so now doesn't want them touched.
Poor thing. I was tickled half to death as a child, and my feet are still so sensitive I can't even scratch them myself if they itch! A terrible thing. She has my sympathies.
Poor Tiffany, appears she has PTSD just like some humans.
She is very fortunate to have you, or perhaps she wouldn't be able to walk .
Guessing she feel better after she has her toenails done ! !

Its all in how you sell it. She needs to understand she's not going to have her nails cut. She's going for a pedicure. A pampered pooch. If she gets used to people touching her feet perhaps she won't be so nervous next time.
