Description
The weevil Polydrusus formosus , which suddenly settled on my pink shorts.
It is so tiny the smooth cotton looks like Harris Tweed in comparison!

At first I thought this was a metal sculpture. It has a lovely verdigris color. An outstanding close up of this surprisingly cute creature. I hope the little fellow was all right.
