I don't do these type of scenes well. I get frustrated that what I see in my head never comes out in render. Oh well, at least I don't have to depend on my art to pay the bills.

Not sure what you are referring to. It looks like a perfectly fine scene. Spent 30 years in a condo, when I retired I bought an 1860 farmhouse and began making flower gardens. It's become an obsession. I now have about a 1/4 acre of flower gardens.
I don't know what I would do if I couldn't have some kind of garden. There is something healing about getting your hands in the dirt and among the plants.

she sure looks mad at him. surely there is no reason. looks great to me. I usually start on characters then try and decide on a prop for the background. mostly guessing
