"In that final look, does the deer forgive the wolf?" I sat for days mulling over those opening lines of a song called Head of Medusa by Otep. Trying to translate a very chaotic and painful time in my life. It took hours and hours of conceptualizing and visualizing. But she, through tears and angst, was finally born.
