Description
In my pond.
The robins have decimated the population of these this season, collecting them as they emerge and feeding them to their babies.

What a fantastic shot you made out of this spectacle, Andrea. It really has to be seen in full size, also to admire the reflections what it makes. I'm sorry the pigeons are eating your Wisteria, it's a shame!
Beautiful capture, wonderful scene !!
WOW, fabulous photo.
What a lovely shot this is. Warm and beuatiful and these pretty insects.
excellent
The damselflies are lovely, but wow ... as an abstract composition, only accounting for line and color, this is a masterpiece! LOVE those colors. What a triumph!
A beautiful image! I wish i had a pond, too 8=)
A stunning capture with acrobatics worthy of Cirque du Soleil.
I'm with tara and Mark, among others. This is one of your insect on water shots where the water looks like pure sheer silk, and the insects look like elaborate beautiful metal-plastic constructions. And the big leaves on top and bottom frame the water perfectly. Beautiful shot, Andrea.
(we had an old joke, years back, about a damselfly who stole my girlfriend's dress, and the punchline was, "there it is! That's the damsel in this dress!") ("damsel in distress"??? it's not a great joke!)
Amazing capture Andrea. God bless.
Wonderful capture
Magnificent macro shot Andrea.
