Freaking awesome and the best proof that "character" is not measured by visual "perfection" ... by far not. This gal sure has tons of tales to tell! Love her expression, such a warm/wise "hey, I know (and seen it all)" expression and that extra humorous smart smirk around the corners of her lips.
Wrong interpretation? I could not care less (though I'm interested what you planned to show us with her expression), but that's the wonderful thing about art like yours: it offers so many different stories, twists and turns. Fan-freakin'-tastic!
you've pretty much nailed - what I was going for was someone lovely and approachable, but I also wanted to bring out something just under the surface that perhaps people can't quite put their finger on, but still makes them want to get to know her because somehow they realize there's 'more' - if that makes any kind of sense, lol ;) glad you like it - truly am!
