Just a quick bit of playing around...
I've been exploring my runtimes and finding all kinds of stuff I've never used, or at least don't remember using. This little lady is AmayaBleu by Seven, and she's gorgeous!
Amaya is practicing her Magick in the forest - and she's lighting things up pretty well.
I was experimenting with overlaying some Apophysis renders with different layer styles for different effects. I used 2 of my photos for the background, and a moon brush I got somewhere.. The misty / cloudy effect was created with a brush I made a couple months ago..
Looks like things are running more or less smoothly after the last site update. I think they're still working on some issues. Hopefully they'll leave things alone for a while - but I doubt it.
I may be offline for a bit over the weekend. Comcast sent me a new modem/gateway to take advantage of faster internet speeds - which sounds great! But we all know how those 'upgrades' tend to go....
Working on the next page in the T.N.A. story, and some other related stuff - stay tuned!

back for another one...you've posted some spectacular pinups, but I haven't commented on many of these types of images of late (the one here), so I decided to comment on this, and return to your portraits next time, as I have in the past. This is awash in deep greens, and a kind of celtic mystical feeling of the forest primeval. With all that shadow, you got a lot of variety of light, shape and texture in the image. Love the mounds on the forest floor, and the mist-hidden trees. The patterns of the leaves on the ground are almost like lace; and the light from that huge moon, and of course Amaya's lights, are all this needs to feel lit and magical. Amaya's dressed---always typical of you---beautifully, in the always sexy and stately way you pose your models. She looks out at us for a moment, with invitation but also warning, as if to say this place may be too much for many souls. Like all your models, she stands in total mastery of her domain, with the dignity of a goddess. For such a green and dark image, it pulses with light. Beautiful image, Rod.
And I think you've discovered by now that "retirement" is a myth; that you're probably a lot more busy now than you ever were before, and that "having all the time in the world" is suddenly a laughable phrase (like, "yeah, right!"), because time gets much more precious in retirement than it was before. Great to see how much you've done and dived into...I hope it's a great summer ahead!
