Somewhat primitive to me, and good! Nice use of textures!
Love it! Lowry or better!
Outstanding art work my friend. God bless.
Fantastic.
beautiful. Such wonderful colour, a masterful work
This is really good, Nikolai.
I agree with Andrea. This has a passing similarity to the English painter L. S. Lowry but it is better. Look up his painting “Coming Out of School”. He shows a red school house with many human figures. But the colors are subdued, almost dull. Your image, by contrast, is less fussy. The colors and composition are bold and eye catching. His lines are hard edged while yours are more fluid.
Yes, this is really good.
Special thank you Mark for introducing Lowry. Yes, there's a certain similiarity of my work with some of his, e.g. Old Salform Street Scene and the one you've mentioned. Really, ideas float in the air!
I love the look of this. Whenever you put those sort of cut-out-paper people in one of your pieces, I am instantly charmed. :)
Thank you Tara. It's just because of my being too lazy: this techique saves me a lot of time and effort
Very nice work! Beautiful.
Beautiful coloring and textures!
