Description
If most installations were already being build, for a past mining operation, some equipments needed to be built almost from scratch, like the main crane. Such crane is huge and strong, but it is not tornado-proof. When a tornado is expected to pass by, the crane should be "folded" and be covered by a special crane shelter. It was much less expensive and faster to build and operate a space engine test facility on the ground than to build and operate one on Earth's orbit in space.
