Description
I am rather pleased that my new 'put weight on' diet allows me to eat these. This quantity is 193 calories, or nearly 1/10th of an adult female daily allowance !
The ramekin is one of many stoneware tableware items I made years ago.
It is a high fired grogged stoneware body with a clear greenish glaze on the inside only.
