Description
Fourth of several shots I took on 5/1/16 of various late 19th century bicycles, and their owners, at the beautiful Homestead Museum in beautiful City of Industry, California.
A rider uses a small peg just above the rear wheel to mount the bike while it's moving. Good luck on that.

Great shot of this rider! It's hard to imagine riding one of those, but they were pretty common in the past.
Happy Easter to you and yours!
is there a YouTube video of someone riding one of these new-fangled machines? great capture
They look so hard to ride. A lovely capture of this very well turned out rider and his bike. 😀
Great photo
I love these bicycles and every time I actually see someone ride them, I am amazed about how they stay on top of it!
