Description
"As bad as it sounds Jasmine", said Zlata.
She was feeling a bit sorry for Jasmine after she was told she would have to be careful what she eats from now on.
"There are lots you can eat", she told her. "You can have vegetables with your fish, chicken & chappie instead of biscuit. There are lots of treats that are very low fat."
Jasmine thought about it a bit & told Zlata that she was right, it wasn't all doom & gloom & there were only a few things that she couldn't eat.
Zlata was being very kind to find these things out for Jasmine & Jasmine appreciated all she said.

I think zlata a forgot to say and lets face it your still alive!! so what of a limited Diet! I have to watch what I eat because of a heart condition i am still happy to be alive for sure! limited diets keeps our clock ticking great little piece Barb nicely worked my friend!
