Description
Facing the Fear:
So often in life, we are offered opportunities to face our fears. It is part of the heroines (and heroes) journey. It takes both courage and the ability to sit with the discomfort that fear generates. Most recognize the courage. Fewer realize that sitting with discomfort is part of transforming fear. The rewards are great when we can do so.
