Description
I don't play cards but I have a drawer with lots of sets in it which go back decades, This set is in mint condition as it is still sealed in the blue wrapper.

You sound like a great candidate with all your stashed away treasures for "Antique Roadshow", maybe you should contact them...
what a wonderful found! great historic play cards!
Beautiful collection
wonderful collection
Interesting history. I noticed there is no signature on the pack so it looks like someone owes the government five pounds. I see De La Rue supplied cards to the crown. I can't imagine anyone bragging about supplying our current president.
Very interesting even though I hate playing cards (mainly cos I can't)!!
Beautiful set of cards :)
They are lovely.
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
