Description
This is a Frax Repost with some post work.
Our little town is under a water shortage crisis as of Sunday Jan. 28/ 18 PM.
The 3 wells quit at the same time and are not pumping water into the town reservoir as they should be.
However have running water in our homes due to a temporary pumping system to one of the three wells with a warning to use sparingly.
No showers, washing clothes or filling sinks for dishes.
Town volunteers have been working tirelessly handing out cases of bottled water for the community use.
We are doing fine, but do not have a family of children to help through this.
Updates are coming through our local radio station and calling the Town Office 24-7.
Hopefully by Friday Feb.2 the teams of workers will know why the wells quit and at the same time and resolve the problem asap.
And now this --- very windy, snowing and expecting 10-20 Centimeters tonight.

Gosh Glenda, what a disaster for you and in the middle of winter too. You can't really go for a swim in the nearest stream. Snow on top of no water is a lousy trick for nature to throw at you all. I hope they find a solution quick smart. Take care. 😀
First of all, dear Glenda, I am sorry for your community that is now suffering from this limitation, and of course I hope it will soon be resolved. And then your fractal, this represents your cold, and the ice very well, a fantastically made print, which I admire very much, immediately when I saw the thumb. The textures look so alive, as if they are moving over a surface of frozen water. A lot of strength for you and Jim of course, and many warm hugs too.
