Description
Hentai Kamen (literally the Masked Pervert) is a manga character who obtain superpowers when he put woman's underwear on his face.
In fact I haven't read the manga, but I saw the two live movies they made of it.
They are really fun to watch, even if personally I have prefered the first one who have a low budget vibe, and that give it a lot of charm.
So if you like japanese humour and stupid movies, they are for you. :D

strange dramatic but strange
Thanks for the comment !
What I forgot to say in the description is that Hentai Kamen is a super-hero. So he is a good guy (but a pervert one).
Very beautiful!
Thanks
