No, there were no pervie thoughts behind the make of of this image. :D
It's just I like to work on every detail of my charactere (I am that kind of maniac).
When I work on the shader of the mouth, I usually set an expression. It's more fun to work with. Because she is pretty and because I liked her expression I've decided to make a render.
I am pretty happy with her tongue (maybe to glossy ?) but not so much with her teeth, there is something wrong I think.
