Description
This is another test render for my online comic strip, "Cecil&Co." This shows Zoot,(The daughter of the crow navigator.) being confronted by two of the Panda guards as she exits a shop in one of the back alleys in old Hong Kong. The EMU-like creature behind them is a friend of hers, a rickshaw driver named "Bung Fu" The signs overhead are genuine Mandarin. Thanks for looking.

It is a cool scene. I can almost smell the food from one of the nearby stall and further away I can hear some lady berating her husband....
...If you translate the front sign, it's selling fresh squid, eyeballs extra. Human testicles by the pound, Bloated mackerel, (cheap.)
And it's probably Madam Marmalade arguing with one of her customers about the price per hour of one of her,uh.....working girls.............!
There's just something about a character named 'Bung Fu' that cracks me up..
And I have a sneaking suspicion that those panda guards are going to have an interesting night... And wake up in the morning wondering WTF happened last night? LOL And I think I'll by pass that buffet......

Thanks, I'm working on all the stuff that goes into making a cartoon strip like this, and it's a lot! The pandas are the "official" police. But nobody likes them. They are constantly getting ganged up on and waking up naked in an ally, or worse, a bordello... Bung is a good girl, just trying to make a buck.....Or yen. And yeah, never eat anything here that's not offered by someone you trust.......
Looks like a cool story.
