(you know the protocol: I skip images, only because I'm slower than most, so I can't comment on everything. I've SEEN everything, though, and I'm a big fan. So it's not easy for me to skip here...) This version of the photo reminded me of a Jacomina fractal. It just has that intensity and inwardness. You did beautiful work with Topaz here. The purples and reds rushing through the veins are wonderful, as is the deep purple of the surrounding leaves. Your 'straight' photo of these is very striking; I love the separation between sections. Whereas this feels of a unit; a single entity. It could almost be a print. It's beautiful.
