I see that part of the treasure is a pretty Inca girl. Hope their next adventure isn't a near death experience. Eclipses don't happen every day.
The beautiful indigenous girl was sacrificed for reasons "politicians?" I do not know yet what end will do (I'm still processing a new storyline).
Is it true, an eclipse does not happen everyday, but the life of a pirate is perhaps not every day a battle alongside death?

Wouldn't have figured out how they managed to get back to the ship with all that loot, but good to know they did it anyway!
You will have noticed in the previous panel the bearers laden with precious metals and gems! They descended the river aboard canoes to reach the coast, where, they knew that their ship would have expected them for about a month, after which they would be left to their destiny. Strong and bright light on the pirates, they stand out like gold. The boat has an old worn dark look, making wonderful contrast to the pirates. One of the people----a woman under a door-arch---stands in shadow, and she looks wonderfully sinister. And you have a bird at the top of the stairs---it looks like it's dancing! A beautifully composed scene, with fine angles and terrific light. And a restful sky in the background. Finely done again...
