Description
My neighbour across the road has this lovely stained glass window on her stairs.
Her house probably predates mine by a few years, maybe about 1913 ish.

When I was young, I romped around in the garden with a neighbor boy. The house also had such a nice window on one side of the house and that's where I shot a football against it. The replacement became expensive but luckily my parents were insured.
Very nice capture Andrea.
back then, this is extremely upscale housing - beautiful
So very beautiful !"!
Beautiful capture of a beautiful window. In the 1970s I attended the University of Southern California. At that time the area was full of stately old homes built by the well to do in the early 20th century. I was able to visit one of those homes and remember something similar to this. All of those beautiful old homes are gone now and with them their history. That's the difference between England and the United States.
thats a beauty
What a beauty! Nice you could get inside for this shot. Rather unusual angle, too. Keep up the good work! :-)
awesome window and capture
Very nice stained glass and superb capture!
Love that window, beautiful.
Great light and angle!
Oh that is gorgeous.
Awesome angle and lighting to show off its true beauty.
Xoxo
How very beautiful this is! The light is exquisite, and I LOVE the window. If I had a staircase and a window like that in my house, I'd sit there all day and never get anything done.
