I don't really understand the symbolism, but this is an intriguing image...
the path leads us and we will follow no matter the twists and turns
The symbolism refers to a personal experience of meditation. I use an object (a marble) during meditation to focus my attention to good thoughts. The path represents the path towards the goal of relaxation. M.
