Description
These are the predicted clouds that were supposed to lead to a 10 percent chance of rain. It didn't happen. There is some virga, precipitation from the clouds that evaporates before it reaches the ground, but that was all. The total rainfall for 2017 at the Phoenix airport still stands at 4.73 inches. The last measurable precipitation was on August 24.
