AUTUMN GRAPHICS # 02 FALLEN LEAVES AND LICHENS FULL SIZE HIGHLY RECOMMANDED !! Autumn Graphics. It is a series (made in 2015 November with my phone) on the graphic elements present in our immediate environment, mixing urban textures (sidewalk, walls, pavements, etc) and natural elements (dead leaves, berries, mosses, seeds, etc) Art is everywhere and sometimes just under our feet or on the walls along which we walk every day... Graphismes d'Automne C'est une série, faite en Novembre 2015 avec mon téléphone, sur les éléments graphiques présents dans notre environnement immédiat, mélangeant des textures urbaines ( trottoirs, murs, pavements, etc) et des éléments naturels (feuilles mortes, baies, mousses, graines, etc) L'Art est partout et quelquefois juste sous nos pieds ou sur les murs que nous longeons chaque jour... It's not a collage or a photo manipulation but a raw capture ! I've just apply on it a posterisation filter with Photoshop.

Une composition de l'image tout à fait rigoureuse, mais dont se dégage une impression de tristesse... La forme de la "croix", sa matière, les couleurs, tout entraine mon esprit vers ce moment de l'automne consacré au souvenir... Une excellente photo, Gilles!

Un beau contraste, de forme entre le béton tiré au cordeau et le fouillis des feuilles mortes en désordre, de couleurs entre le gris et le beige........mais une touche de lichen coloré apporte de la vie au béton.......belle trouvaille, Gilles !
