Neat concept and render.
WOW! This so so refreshingly simple. Strong color blocking combined with a tight focus and warm colors that seem to be in a state of tension between the intimacy of the pose and expression. In other words, we usually use reds and yellows to convey anger or strength, but here you turn that trope on its head by giving us vulnerability and intimacy. Nicely done!
Also, loving those subtle darker tones used to outline the lips. They might be a little more effective if just a tiny bit darker, but I could be wrong. Bravo!
