Description
The Queen has to make a decision. Her country is facing an invasion by the Army of the Nybras. If she agrees to surrender right now, her people will survive in relative peace but under the harsh yoke of the Nybras. If she chooses to fight to stay free, hundreds of thousands of men, women and children will die and the land will be laid waste. Even if they win it will take decades to rebuild and thousands more will die in the process. At what point is the cost of freedom too high?
When I started throwing things on the screen, I had no idea this is where it would end up. BEFORE anyone starts on the “floating” queen, she IS on the surface. I even put the camera on her foot and did renders. If I so much as dropped her an inch, the lower part of her foot disappeared. There is something about that surface that renders oddly.

this is a cool scene, I often start out with something in mind and end up with something completely different, or more often than not, I just start loading things into a scene and they form a story.

Well done! Cool poses and quite the dilemma. Perhaps the "floating" look might be how her shadow rendered compared to the demon's.
