Things are moving along here, and I know G4 is ready - are you? For the return of the Girls From T.N.A?
Things are in the final stages at the Lair - the computer tables are all installed, the Powerspec machine is up and running, and I'm working on getting the others installed and running. It's been a long time coming, and we're almost there. I did a quick render of G4 in DAZ, and dropped her into the latest photo of the Lair.
I know I've put in some very long days since August 22 getting things cleaned up post-flood, making improvements, waterproofing, and so on. Since I retired on Sept. 29th, I've pretty much put in 10 hour days every day working on this. While I was still working, I'd come home from work, and put in 4 - 6 hours. And I only had 2 - 1/2 inches of water...... 2 - 1/2 inches! I can't even imagine what it must be like for those folks in Texas, Florida, and especially Puerto Rico.
Anyway, I'm going to be taking a bit of a break for a few days. We're heading out for Mena, Arkansas Sunday, and will stay at the Queen Wilhelmina Lodge for a couple days. We'll take the scenic Talminia Drive, and do a bit of photography and fly a drone or two... We may come home Tuesday - or not, depending on things like the weather.
When we get back, I'll finish things up here, and do some catching up in the galleries. When I fired up the Powerspec, and downloaded my emails, I just about peed myself (see inset)! LOL
I do apologize for not commenting much over the last 2 1/2 months. I've missed you all, and I've definitely missed working on the T.N.A. story. But we're just about to get rolling again, so hang with me a few more days!
Of course, there will be a tour of the new, improved Lair once everything is done. Stay tuned!

Sad we won't see Dan's girls for a long while most likely. But hope he at least contacts you my friend.

Sounds like your retirement is busier than your job, which I am sure you are really missing right about now (LOL)! Take a few well earned days off and I promise we will all still be here when you get back!!!

Faemike PMd me, wondering how i was doing. Very nice of him! Thursday I was invited for luncheon at a well known restaurant in Staffanstorp, where I worked. I scarcely got back to work to pick up my laptop when the phone started ringing and e-mail started dropping in - I need this, can you do that for me, etc.... Lost my diploma , er, issued 8 years ago. Takes time to find such! I finally got home just in time to buy food fo Kitty, or she would have meen without food for 24 hours! So, yes, I'm alive and kicking.
My laptop is now standing on an old computer, by the kitchen window. Very uncomfortable to write or scroll. I bought my home computer to the repair shop last Tuesday - I sincerely hope they can fix it, despite its age! Just writing this has me with an aching left shoulder and sore back. I wonder how I'll be able to work with this situation. Have a great vacation!

the ladies are always a welcome sight and this one seems in complete approval of your floor. I was behind,well I am still behind in the galleries. I love the Mina area and I think the best view is at the east end of the drive over looking Arkansas
Glad to hear your lair is almost back to snuff. I understand as an older person wetting yourself is not all that uncommon. They make adult products now to help with that. Please try to keep warm and dry. Vampy will so be trick and treating herself soon at your lair and she would prefer your blood not be tainted by any other bodily fluids. Since the plan is only to turn you, you should be able to continue with your T.N.A. series and I am sure Jo will continue to feed and support you as she has in the past.. Stay well my friend .

Gotta love the 'oldies' like V4, A4 and G4... these gals are still popular and holding their own against those young whippersnappers.

What a great set up you have to be creative. G4 looks to be right at home here and I am looking forward to seeing some more adventures from the T.N.A. girls. Wow that is a huge amount of bots to get through, you will have your work cut out to get through all of those. I hope you have a great break after all your hard work. :)
Gorgeous! And really spiffy. Oh, and it looks like your room is almost done. That's quite the bum.
First, Rod, this is a really inviting photo. It just pulls me in, and G4 is the perfect focal point---I mean, aside from your usual expert rendering and her always sexy pose and shape, coloring, etc, she's placed perfectly in the shot, and seamlessly. She fits right in. And her colors do too---wonderful red-gold light on her; and the color of her bikini melds with your darker reds in the photo. Expertly done.
You put in up to 6 hours everyday, after work? Man, when did you sleep??? (Maybe you didn't.) Just under 3 inches of water, and all that work---it does give one a sense of how immense the power of water is, and what it must be like to have whole floors submerged (as you suggest in mention of Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico...) It's looking like you've done a ton. I love the colors of the shot, and the light, and G4 is just great in there. Really fine blending of 2 completely different media. And those ebots---I know what you mean. When I return, I just go to the galleries and pick from there, I wouldn't know what to do with all those ebots. (Rent out Wisconsin...) With my slow comments, it's even worse. (My first drafts are unreadable, so I have to edit each comment, and that takes a lot of time!). So I can rarely comment on everything I've missed, which perturbs me no end; but even so, it's hard to know what to pick, and worse to skip over anything; I see every image, and it's hard to skip them when commenting. So being away from here isn't easy. Anyway, love this shot, and G4, and I'm so glad your flood travail is over.
