Effective lighting.

Thanks. I only used 2 lights: an infinite light set at 25% as a fill and the blue point light just above the crystal. I put a couple of layer of blue soft light layers over the central area in Photoshop to enhance the glow a bit. What I really love is the contrast of the red hair with the blue light.
