Man, this has got to be seen full size: It's not just about those wonderful old wooden beams, it's about the abandoned interior wall, the two tones in the paint on that wall, the eaves outside the windows, that front wall---which looks like it's been blown out by a storm (or maybe that's a movable door with a window in it, I don't know). And that great old beat up building behind it, with the dilapidated blue-brick/tile top and boarded windows. And you blew out the light in the background, giving real brightness to contrast all the shadow. Your angle is terrific too. I love this shot. Lots of intensity on the ceiling, yet everything else just sinks into oblivion...Marvelous.
That rooflight makes for so much detail in what would otherwise be a dark space. Brilliant title and such an interesting construction.

This has once been a home of severel people or families with hard work in the fields and alot of activity. Kind of sad seeing it like this now, but also amazing to see the way they built the roof. I havent see it done this way ever. Excellent capture Tara :)
