Description
It's a government building, where the banks transfer money and gold, There are armored cars (?) and motorcycles with side-cars, I can imagine. Maybe a spy spying on another spy. It is chilling!

Carrara for the ropey columns, Poser for the figure, Brycelighting, booleans and lattices to make the space.
And the excellent stone texture from www.animax.it. Thanks, animax!

You're good. And you've given me more to aspire too.... even though it's gonna take a while for me to catch up. Great work! Be proud.
Cool facade, neat architecture. You might try taking the ambience out of the leaf material, I don't know why they put it in there in the first place. Maybe to simulate translucency in the leaves. Anyway, your setting is well done.
fantastic use of texture... IMHO, since your setting is very symetrical, you may try a full frontal view =_= to highlight symetry (with someone at one of the balcony to add an eyecatcher?)
Fantastic work!!!
Excellent lights and models :o)
fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!
Very impressive image work!
You certainly have an eye for architectural detail! This is fantastic!
Superb! One can not make a mistake by seeing this creation, your style is recognizable among all! Bravo!...:)
A new awesome artwork, friend... and again is the atmosphere exceptional!!! - - Thanks a lot, its again a fantastic image making us singing and dancing... :-)))))))
Have to ask, but by any chance did you build pyramids in a previous life, you seem to border on obsession when it comes to bricks an mortar, still nobody dose em better an there grate to look at !! ;-)
Superb stuff.
Yes!! My inner voice just told me that all of the garden placard busts I saw growing up were - BORING! They had nuttin' to add, other than just sitting there trying to look pretty. Congrats on another great one!
Great pic as usual Jim. I like the architecture & the angle of yours.Congrats. ---Kostas.
animax seems pretty cool. your textures are always great. yes as always; your architectural skills are grand! What's the purpose of the rod in hand? just wonderin'.
thank you everyone! your comments are provokiing many thoughts. the version just before had no figure, and now i think the figure is a problem! i have no idea why i made that rod in hand! except it was challenging to get it into his hand, and his face needed more light, and it's nice to have a visible light source. i hope you have as much fun viewing, as i have making! :))
What a great image!! Lots of textures and the lighting is really great! Another 10++ from you.
Jim, this is truely fantastic. Everything from the construction of the building, the textures, lighting, compostion and POV is all extreamely well executed. Great work Jim! ----- Scott.
Impressive scene! And I like the angle very much. Modeling is superb.
Absolutely awestruk...
