Description
There is a challenge on Flickr set by an American to make a picture illustrating a candy name without using the actual sweet.
It was fascinating to see how very different confectionery names are in the USA from here. There were only 2 or 3 that were common to both places!
"Double Decker is a brand of chocolate bar currently manufactured by Cadbury. First introduced in the UK in 1976, its name derives from the double-decker bus, and these vehicles have sometimes appeared in advertisements for the product. " Wiki.
Riding on these open top buses is a risky business, always take a waterproof jacket !

Superb !
Clever idea.
Great capture - and I just learned something new about British candy
when I had english lessons at school and read about the double decker buses we dont have in our area I wished I could have a ride with this kind of bus 😀
Things sure have changed since the war. These are certainly not the buses I remember from old photos.
Great picture, great advice!
These buses are actually popular. Do you know if it's possible to find one of them on various platforms with commercial vehicles?
Nowadays, it's possible to find literally everything on the internet, and double-decker buses are not the exception. If you're interested in getting one of them, you can take a look at platforms like https://www.truck1.eu/buses/double-decker-buses, there's a great selection of offers, so I believe you'll be able to find something within your price range.
