Nice lighting and pose. I guess you used the fangs but there are not visible. I am not sure in poser if there is an ambient light feature for each texture.You can use that to brighten up the teeth. Or use a very low powered light near her mouth to light them.
Thanks for the advice. There are ambient lights available, but I try not to use them if I really have to. I'm quite into deep shadow and contrast, as you've probably noticed.
