Hello dear Rendosians !
After several aborted uploads yesterday, I have succeeded in uploading my photography of the town hall of Stralsund.
Stralsund is a town in Northern Germany (Mecklenburg Occidental Pomeranian) on the Baltic Sea.
Stralsund main activities is tourism and everything that is connected to the sea.
Stralsund downtown is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage because of its typical architecture named Brick Gothic that appeared near the Baltic Sea during the Swedish occupation in 17th and 18th centuries.
The town hall is a perfect illustration of this architectural style.

Magnificent architecture and wonderfully detailed shot.
I passed through on a choir trip to Greifswald shortly after the Berlin wall came down. I wish I could return, but as retired, can't afford it. Nice photo of the town hall. I see there's been some restoration work done on it. Keep up the good work! Have more photos from Stralsund? :-)

Même en pleine activité juilletiste professionnelle, je trouve le moyen de faire un saut ici pour tomber sur cette magnifique photo, qui donne la perspective d'une façade que j'imagine imposante et bien campée sur ses fondations. J'aime beaucoup l'angle de prise de vue qui fait ressortir les particularités du bâtiment et l'impressionnante et rigoureuse symétrie et géométrie de l'ensemble. Superbe photo, Virginie ! ...et bonnes vacances bien méritées , également !
