I actually like the second photo with the boats & the selective coloring a lot - it's a very powerful image. The main image has some very appealing elements, but I think the composition would benefit greatly from having roughly about a third cropped out, from the bottom...

The second image does it for me too! A wonderful compo and colour twist! I also thought the excellent main image would be even better for losing a lot of that sea in a letterbox crop.
Everything looks so cold and serene in this pristine capture of beautiful Muravatnet Lake and environs. The second shot is also a winner.
