Rod is right about everything he said; you should show people the designs you've done here, I think your eye and sensibilities are splendid. Who knows what could come of it. And he's right about your talent. This has to be seen full size, you have so many expressions here and so many surreal and powerful images. The centerpiece with the woman in two pieces, offering herself a guitar---as if saying to her wounded self, "here, here is music, unite us all with it...". Powerful imagery. She's also in a lifesaver, which is very positive. And your use of those checkerboard floors is always so expressive and beautiful. It's a layered piece, because you have 2 women looking into this scene, almost with yearning---both in the boat and in the sky. You always use those long sweeping boats so well. And the candelabra on the left is framed by the line of the boat beautifully. (The line that has the lantern on the end.) You always have powerful color schemes too, and this one has an almost platinum scheme, with beautiful creamy whites and an almost pink undertone. It's mysterious and yearning, the feelings we have when adrift; but there's light in its center, which says something deep about your heart and soul. I wish you all the best with this, Steve, and hope that you'll get through it without too much difficulty, and come out with light on the other side. Your image is truly powerful and touching. Even the old lute on the boat speaks eloquently---an older version of the guitar...Beautifully done. May heaven watch over you and guide you...

I agree with TwiztidKidd and DaddyWolf. You need to get out and beat the pavement. Nothing ever walks up to your front door knocking . . . . except for bill collectors. Go look for something that lies where your strengths are. Even if you have to flip burgers and dip the fry basket for a while, until something better comes along, it sure beats having to face the alternative! Good luck!

Very dreamy. I hear it's tough in Colo for jobs. It's time to think outside the box. You might have to work flippin burgers, as a part time retail clerk, (grocery store, liquor store?), maybe find some odd jobs like assistant house painter. If you have bills to pay, I'm sure it's better to work a sucky job for a while instead of living on the street. Maybe it's time to move. I wish you the best of luck and you're in my thoughts.

Marvelous and thoughtful making composition! all details together are in harmony! shocked about your situation and so sorry! I was in the same situation like you but could get a minijob (400 euro a month) and after the unemployment benefits we get a german welfare, its little but better than nothing! and I also thought about quitting the internet but never would do, better to quit homepage or handy or online games! I really wish you will find a way out of this bad situation and dont want you leave us 😂
