Description
Back on Earth, Andy applies for a job at North Industries, the main competition for Jo's parent's business, Thompson Trade. Nathan North gives Andy the creeps so he decides he didn't want to work there.

Perfect title! And, oh yeah. You know these aren't going smoothly when somebody says, "What is it?" when you knock. LOL. Yikes too. This friends thing makes my skin crawl. It's obvious that they make each other miserable. They're the perfect couple.
Extremely intriguing meeting between Andy and North here! Love the quick thinking with the humidifier needing adjusting. But yeeesh. I'd get the heck out of there too. Interesting that North tossed the application as though to physically symbolically rid himself of Andy. Fascinated to learn where you are taking us with this, Phantom!

Jo and Andy are good friends. Jo's issues are from her family.
The storyline with North is a slow development. I introduced a few storylines that don't get resolved in this book.
Nice render. I'm still behind in the earth part of the story so i can't realy comment on that. But if i was in Nathan's place i would look into Andy to see if there's a connection with Torthoc and what that connection is. Keep your friends close and your ennemies closer.
There hasn't been much development on earth. Nathan owns a multi-billion dollar corporation called North industries that's competition to Thompson Tech that's owned by Jo's Parents and is Andy's dad's biggest client. Jo and Andy don't realize their connection yet and won't for a long time.
Nathan is the one from Torthoc. It was never said, but he's Nor'than who was supposed to have been by Mishtali (Ann's birth dad's dad) 500 years ago. He has a man he calls Mitch chained in the back room of his office. You can guess who he really is.
