Post-processing in Lo-Fi.
Catwoman is a character owned by DC Comics and whoever their corporate masters may be, so this is fan art. Starring Nelly, who I believe was one of P3Design's last V4 characters. The "Gothic City" background set is by The Ant Farm and available from DAZ. Most of Catwoman's costume is kitbashed from Joe Quick's freebies.

Cool pose and POV!
Not much into superhero comics, but to me Catwoman always was 'the better batman' ;) This right here is the proof! Love the 60s to 70s 'Avengers' style you accomplished here. Far more sexy than what we were shown by Halle Berry, imho. Emma Peel (Diana Rigg) was my very first TV crush (yeah, I was not even old enough back then to really have a crush... but she was sexy nevertheless)
There are lots of different official takes on Catwoman both in the comics and elsewhere and many of them have very little to do with one another. I liked the Paul Dini-Bruce Timm version from the animated series that aired on Fox in the 90s and also thought that Anne Hathaway did a fantastic job in the Christopher Nolan film. Dame Diana Rigg would have made an excellent Catwoman in the 1970s, though I doubt she would have wanted to risk being typecast. I don't regularly read the comics anymore.
