This is just so clean and simple. You make it look sooooo easy. But simple is actually harder. Great color choices all around (that slightly darker "rust" color is particularly good). I love the basic design of the character -- it's got that old "Iron Man Gray meets Steampunk" look that is enhanced by your clean inking style. I also want to congratulate you on the smart choices you made for the eye effect. Flashes and flares are the place that I see most digital artists fail when they attempt Non-Photo-Realistic rendering. They usually fall back into using Photoshop effects which detract from the hand-drawn look you're striving for. But you NAILED it here. I'm very impressed.
