Description
I know how much you like architectural designs and compositions, if I may call it as such ? so here is something very special, designed by nature itself... Something from my garden, in the land of OZ - it's a pupae, hanging by a thread, in architect language almost cantilevered, [what a show off !] LOL, the tree half eaten leaves, very thorny stems - is actually a Finger-lime, a sub tropical delicate condiment, to compliment any type of seafood dish !!! The fruit looking like long Buddha fingers and on the inside a bit like Russian Caviar (if you could ever afford that, you'll know what I'm talking about ? it costs millions of $... or if you have rich friends, who invite you to cocktail parties ?) - but it tastes like little explosions of lime, in your mouth, when you bite them, quiet a sensation - I tell you !
***
Where was I ? - after all is said, [see above, it was a long intro) it's your *~*Birthday* MARK *~* and I did not forget it and I do wish you an awesome anniversary celebration with your loved ones, family, friends, or acquaintances from the Museum (?) - take your pick, it's your day ! do what you like best, I know I would...
and I hope you'll like my little present, I realize it's unusual, but it's something from my home, a bit like Ana's dedi ...

Wonderful and beautiful dedication to Mark! I know that he will appreciate the image and commentary! Happy Birthday, Mark!
A great birthday gift for Mark. This is beautiful.
Beautiful photo & a touching dedication to Mark...
His life is hanging by a thread (or is it her life?). Either way, nice capture.
Amazing capture and birthday dedication. Happy birthday Mark. God bless.
Nature is full of treasures when you take time to watch it! Wonderful capture, Brigitte!
Nature! Wonderful capture of your magical garden! Beautiful dedication!
This will sure please Mark effectfully. He will love this little wonder of mother Nature. A perfect dedi for our dear friend.

Love this Brigitte - a super shot of natures engineering.
Wow! Stunning!
Super nature and Birthday snap for anahet...annaha....oh geez...MARK alright ? LOL
Pretty amazing, all that weight hanging two threads...sheesh, talk about living on the edge, sure to make some Frank Loyd-Wright groupie green with envy !
Good one BB & Birthday ~Cheers~
Outstanding very detailed capture!!
Very nice capture. Well done.
Beautiful image !! Very nice capture.
stunning pic
Thank you so much, Brigitte. In zoom, this is a terrific photo: The detail is striking, and the mass of the pupae connected by a tiny thread (actually, I think I see one on the backside as well) is striking as well. And the background is perfectly unfocussed into a big sea of greens and a few other hues and lights. Beautifully caught and handled, I love the shot.
Thank you so much for for making this a birthday gift, it's beautiful. And beautiful words to go along with it. Your description is beautiful---you have a way with words, a Sprachkünstler (ja? ist das richtig? am I close?)---as is your wish to me; and I'm very grateful for all of it. You say it's 'unusual', but all your creations are unusual; perfect designs, one after the next...thank you so much, Brigitte. (I love that you wished that my 'museum' characters should come by and visit: I'd pay to have that happen!) Thank you so much, you always make everyone feel and look so special, and that is one of your many talents. Thank you for this beautiful gift, my friend.
It is excellent!
I love the stripes on the tail end! How delightful!
beautiful image
Super amazing Nature shot and birthday card Brigitte.
All the outstanding and intricate details are explained so graciously in your write-up, thanks a bunch.
There is a lot we take for granted in our day, this was a real eye opener..
Great camera work and presentation.
cool
What a beautiful balancing act, caught in a defiant attitude, dear BB-chen! its textures are just brilliant, and I see it has three stripes, which he proudly shows to us. So, it's probably an admiral, or a Knight of Oz.
Anyway, it's a beautiful golden gift for our friend Mark.
