excellent. The vibrant colours doesn't detach the viewer from the deep subject. The pain and grieve, as well as the love sacrifice, clearly is perceivable from your creation. It is a stunning work :)and love the geometry of body :)

I don't really think it looks like Picasso. It does remind me of Sepik Opposed or Pacific totems. Very well designed and colored!
It looks to me like an embellished Greek Orthodox or Byzantine crucifix with a primitive twist. Whatever the influence it does have the look of a worship icon. Well done. The spiky shapes diagonal from the cross remind me of both rays of light and the thorns in the crown.
The crucifix was inspired by Ethiopian religious folk art. I'm somewhat familiar with Sepik art and do see the influence. Thank you for the comments.
