I’ve now crossed the street mentioned in my previous post and have walked to the clearing between the red houses. And what do we find there? What all T.Rex's love – a play ground!
Anyone for a nice slide down the snow filled board? Wet crotch with freezing melted snow! Or a nice swing with freezing wet butt? Hmmm... I didn’t think so. How about an assault on the tower with snow balls? Maybe when it’s warmer and less windy. Besides, I’m on my wat to work – can’t be late. And nobody’s out – too cold and windy.
But the play ground’s well frequented when there’s no snow!
ENJOY! Though you can’t have fun here. Maybe I should move on before anyone gets some strange ideas of what’s fun.

So far we've been lucky -- only snow in sight is on photos like this. Snow blending into a heavy sky... very ominous and especially cold-looking.
The kids will have the snow cleared from the slide and swings in no time.
A playground on Ice Station Zebra? Otherwise, what a forlorn scene. To avoid any prostate problems it's best not to use that slide on a freezing day.
Aw, come on.... You didn't go down the slide once? Where's your sense of adventure? (Probably home in a warm bed!)
